Rhododendron Varieties: The Most Beautiful Yakushimanum Hybrids
These hybrids are also characterized by their strikingly large flowers, but grow much more compactly than the large-flowered hybrids. The bushes, which grow to a height of only about 1 m, are densely covered with pastel-colored flowers during flowering. The hybrids tolerate both sunny locations and calcareous soil. The leaves have felty hairs on the underside.
