- D'Olanda A Seme Grosso: Tradition from Italy; fast-growing variety with long, thick, very delicate foliage; good lamb's lettuce taste.
- Dark green full-hearted: tried and tested variety with small and rounded leaves; slow growth; very robust.
- Elan: high yield; elongated foliage; resistant to downy mildew.
- Etampes: tried and tested variety with deep green leaves; medium sized plant.
- Favor: pretty variety; year-round cultivation possible; resistant to downy mildew.
- Gala: high yield; newer variety for greenhouse and outdoor cultivation; elongated foliage; resistant to downy mildew.
- Dutch Broadleaf: tried and tested variety for outdoor cultivation; large, oblong leaves.
- Juwallon: high yield; sowing in autumn; dark green oval leaves.
- Cologne Palm: tried and tested variety; Origin from the greater Cologne area; long and light leaves; very good taste;quite late in flowering; also possible to harvest in spring.
- Lisbeths Rapünzelchen: tried and tested and particularly tasty variety; lush growing with light green leaves.
- Medaillon: proven variety with attractive rosettes and rounded, deep green leaves; Tolerance to powdery mildew.
- Palace: high yield with deep green and round leaves; good for growing in a polytunnel or greenhouse.
- Polar: fast-growing variety with deep green leaves; high yield; resistant to powdery and downy mildew.
- Valentin: Variety with very round and deep green foliage; high yield; good mildew tolerance.
- Verte de Cambrai: proven variety with small and deep green foliage; hardy and forms magnificent rosettes.

- Fully hard 3: fast-growing variety with magnificent rosettes.
- Full-hearted 2: the name says it all: full-hearted, lush, shiny green leaves; very robust with high yields.
- Worth knowing: The "Ovired" variety is often mentioned and sold as red lamb's lettuce, but it does not belong to the lamb's lettuce family. This is a variety of romaine lettuce.
