<p>The German apple variety Berleis is a cross between "Berlepsch" x "Roter Eiser" and has been under variety protection since the end of 2008. The fruits can be picked from early to mid-October and are ready to eat from December to June. Berleis does not place high demands on its location and is also storm-proof. Its resistance to common diseases and rot makes it a very popular dessert apple suitable for all types of cultivation.</p>
