- Knaufs Frühweiß: very early variety; develops light green and flat-topped tubers; popular, traditional variety.



- Konmar (F1): fast growing variety with beautiful light green tubers; mild aroma.
- Korist (F1): rounded bulbs with a crunchy texture in light green; fine taste.
- Kossak (F1): fast growing variety with light green tubers; requires sufficient space for cultivation; extremely tender tubers; nicely rounded-oval shape; Weight up to 4 kilos.
- Lanro: tender and light green bulbs; very tastefull; high yield and bolt resistant.
- Noriko: early variety with light green, very tender but large tubers; robust and frost-resistant.
- Quickstar (F1): very early variety with good aroma; uniform tuber size.
- Super Schmelz: well-established, light green kohlrabi variety; no lignification, therefore very tender; the variety has quite large tubers; very productive; Bulb weight of up to 5 kilos.
