We show new and well-established Jerusalem artichoke varieties. These varieties mainly differ in terms of ripening time, shelf life and size of the tubers.

Jerusalem artichokes with red skin
- ‘Aurora Rubin C.G.’ forms red Jerusalem artichoke tubers that are oblong in shape and have a smooth skin.
- Helianthus strumosus 'Blue French': Helianthus strumosus cultivar. Elongated, oval tubers up to 15 cm with a strong violet-red skin.
- 'Gföhler Rote': variety with very large tubers up to 15 cm long and red-purple skin. This variety of Jerusalem Artichoke produces high yields and is very easy to peel after cooking.
- 'Gigante': Jerusalem artichoke variety with very large and heavy tubers with many branches. They can weigh 200 - 300 g each and also impress with their pretty, purple-purple and occasionally yellowish spotted skin.
- 'Patate': Variety with red-violet tubers that grow like a mushroom. A very hardy variety that withstands severe frosts well. Noble aroma of artichoke and black salsify.
- 'Refla' /'Red Flame': Jerusalem artichoke variety with red-brown, spherical, smooth tubers. A vigorous variety with a height of about 250 cm and a good yield.
- 'Red Club': Smooth, elongated variety with bright pink colored tubers, shaped like a club. The plant is extremely robust and also very aromatic.
- 'Red Zone Ball': German breed whose variety protection expired in 1977 and which has enjoyed great popularity ever since. It forms roundish-oval to pear-shaped tubers with a very good consistency.
- 'Topinankas': variety with light violet, round-oval tubers 10 - 15 cm long, which is high-yielding and quite vigorous. It grows to a height of about 200 cm and flowers from October.
- 'Waldspindel': Old Swiss variety with light purple, elongated tubers up to 15 cm and white flesh. The variety can grow up to 180 cm tall and flowers from October to November.
